I had heard good things about Runzas - a Midwest take on a German stuffed sandwich. Unfortunately, sometimes food doesn't live up to the reviews. This was gummy and slimy. I seldom do not finish a meal - this went to trashcan.

About The new Amelia Earhart Museum

In Atcheson Kansas (the birthplace of Amelia), there is new small museum in an old hangar at local general aviation airport. Designed to be appealing to a younger crowd than myself, the museum has one real exhibit - a Lockheed Vega 10.

More About The Amelia Earhart Museum

The Vega is a shining, excellent example of the nest of 30's Aviation. Unfortunately, visitors are cordoned off from getting too close to the airplane. You can get good photos of the exterior from many angles though.
