Finally over my bronchitis - we went up the Graseckseibahn for a hike. You park at the Ski Stadium and walk about 20 minutes to the entrance of the Partnachklamm Gorge. The stadium itself is amazing - built for the 1936 Olympics - it still amazes. Then a low key stroll up an alpine canyon to the base of the Graseckseibahn gondola. a few minutes later you are up in the Alps and ready to hike. And then enjoy a Kaiserschmarm platter at a friendly Alm. You can also see how I wear out the tip on my hiking poles here. These are about 6 months old...
