About A Day at the Schwäbisches Bauernhofmuseum

Sud Bayern has a number of outdoor museums containing a lot of rural Bavarian buildings, history and culture. This weekend we went to a harvest fair in Illerbeuren. Was quite crowded, we waited in line for almost 20 minutes just to get in. They had a horse-drawn ride to get you to the efst from the parking area. Plus many artisans working with iron, wood, ceramics, paitings, you -name-it. Kathy's find was a local fruit-juicery that sells juice and cider at affordable prices in amazing quantities (oh and quality too.) 10 litres for a little over 10€. A lot of fun and the admission was only 6€..
